Strengthening Organizational Operations

  • Identifying the organization’s key assets and how to promote them from a position of strength in order to negotiate the best outcomes with regard to potential partners, funders and government entities

  • Promoting the organization’s assets and accomplishments within the community and with consumers, advocates, and government entities

 

Evaluating Project Plans and Outcomes

SAE provides its clients with a wide range of high quality evaluation services and support. These services include developing grant evaluation sections that consistently score at the highest level and ensure that funded projects follow prescribed workplans and meet agency-specific needs. SAE’s evaluation services also include:

  • Regular on-site mentoring of program staff regarding evaluation requirements

  • State-of-the-art statistical techniques to analyze data

  • Use of dose logs to verify types and numbers of interventions provided

  • On-site adherence verification for evidence-based interventions

  • Timely reporting of evaluation results to internal stakeholders and outside funders

  • Outcome evaluations that focus on the Triple Aim of improving health care outcomes, improving the patient’s experience of care, and lowering the cost of care
