History
SAE & Associates was established by Steven Estrine, PhD, in 2003 after a long and successful career in the behavioral health field. He has held key positions at New York State Office of Mental Health, New York Presbyterian Hospital and other large institutions. Dr. Estrine combined his skills in program management, program development, and grant writing to found SAE & Associates in order to provide outstanding consulting services to behavioral health organizations, health care providers, and community agencies throughout New York and the nation.
